Cjconsultant.com was founded in 1998 by Terry Pelz, a former corporate officer for a private corrections company and a former Texas prison warden. He is a consultant specializing in the areas of prison gangs and prisons, public and private. He also testifies regarding future dangerousness in capital cases. If you are looking for someone to conduct research in an area of criminal justice, chances are I can help or find someone who will.

There may be times when you do not require the testimony of an expert witness but rather, technical consultation regarding your case. In those instances, I will let you know if I can help. If the matter is beyond my expertise, I'll tell you that as well.
